We booked the chapel roughly 7 months before our wedding. It is absolutely stunning inside and has a perfect sized reception space for my wedding of 110. Not once did I have any issues with the staff during the entire planning process. We decided on the pasta bar they offered (which was very yummy) and took note of my vegetarian family members to make sure they had options for my sister and her family. If you are worried about it, they do allow outside catering as well but I would recommend the food we had. It took a lot of stress off my plate to not worry about caterers. I lived out of town and Mya was incredibly accommodating when planning our detail meetings so we could line it up with when we would be in town running wedding errands. There are not enough words to describe how helpful Mya was through out the whole seven months we worked together. She stayed organized (always had every detail I told her written down and seemed very prepared when we would come in to plan) despite having hundreds of weddings in the back of her mind and always had tons of fun ideas and recommendations on vendors whenever we needed them. The venue itself is beautiful, but the owner will give you a hard time. The “coordinator” was consistently late for meetings and was 30 minutes late to the rehearsal and sent someone else without notifying us. We also spent 2 meetings going over the wedding details and she couldn’t remember any of it or our names. She provided minimal planning and really only made sure we got down the aisle. We booked the all day package to be able to prepare for the wedding and she scheduled a tour during our day. Wedding at 3pm the tour came at 11am and she wasn’t even there to meet with them I (the bride) had to intercept them. We booked the venue from 9am-9pm. She also rushed us several times to leave the wedding earlier, we were done by 7:30. The chapel decor we brought got thrown into the dressing room before the reception was even over. The venue was still dirty when we arrived day of and the cleaner was the one to let us in since the owner was late. If you book here be aware of her lack of service and have a good planner hired.

Where to begin??!! Our wedding was March 2025. A Bridgerton themed wedding. It was always my dream to get married in a chapel and finding Thunderbird was a dream come true. I spent many many meeting with Mya to go over every detail of our wedding. Mya went above and beyond to make sure our dream became reality. I made a lot of the decor but Mya and her crew really pulled it all together. They spent a lot of time setting up and taking down. Mya was on top of everything making sure things ran on time and getting the show on the road. The day was wonderful. Went by to fast ..but as all good things do. Only bad thing to say is one moment the wrong playlist was playing.(But my sweet husband sent Mya the wrong playlist) BUT! Mya was quick to get it on track. Thank you Mya and thunderbird. And to future brides. Thunderbird offers you you're chapel dream wedding at an amazing price. PS-to Mya, my daughter keeps talking about the mash potatoes you made for the wedding

Absolutely beautiful venue and our wedding turned out perfect. Mya was great about responding to me when I needed guidance on some of my ideas to make the space more personalized. Very accommodating and fun staff! Our wedding day was perfect ❤️

Such a beautiful chapel for our son's January wedding. Mya is so accommodating and she didn't pressure the Bride. She gave us several ideas but listened to the Bride's thoughts and shared how she could help her realize her vision of her wedding day. The dressing room for the Bride/Bridesmaids is large and beautiful. It will be well lit but also has a closed circuit tv so the Bride can see who is arriving in the chapel and settle her nerves prior to her big entrance. The reception area is spacious with many options for table arrangements. A lovely fireplace in the corner, a dance floor option and the chapel employees will take care of the set up, food service and serving of cake to the guests. UPDATE: Our son's wedding was today and it couldn't have been more beautiful. From the flowers to the send off everything was perfect. Mya and her employees handled the food service, ceremony music and most of the tear down. We so enjoyed our time at Thunderbird Chapel and will highly recommend it to any couple looking for a wedding venue.
